Zombieland se centra en dos hombres que han encontrado la forma de sobrevivir en un mundo invadido por zombis. Columbus (Jesse Eisenberg) es un gran cobarde; pero cuando se tiene miedo de ser comido por zombis, el miedo puede mantenerte vivo.
Tallahassee (Woody Harrelson) es un tipo duro, cazador de zombis cuya única determinación es llegar hasta los últimos Twinkies en la tierra. Cuando unen sus fuerzas a Wichita (Emma Stone) y Little Rock (Abigail Breslin), quienes también han encontrado formas singulares para sobrevivir al caos zombi, deberán decidir qué es peor: si confiar el uno o en el otro o sucumbir ante los zombis.
